Auction Reminder: Forms Due Friday, September 25The Monroe Rotary Club Auction is coming up Saturday, October 3! Rotary members, please remember that all sponsorship, table reservation, and auction donation forms are due Friday, September 25. Completed forms should be sent to Jenn McElroy at JennMcElroy@johnlscott.com. Forms are available on the Monroe Rotary Club website (https://www.rotaryofmonroe.org). Join us for our October Rotary After Hours in Sultan for an evening of service, fellowship, and support for a local Sky Valley business.We'll begin with a community service project at the east end of the pedestrian bridge, near the statue of Chief Tseul-Ted (Sultan) just above Veterans Plaza. There is an area that could use a little TLC. It is mostly some weeding, along with possibly raking out dirt and leaves and generally cleaning up the area in partnership with the City of Sultan. No special skills are required. Just bring comfortable shoes, work gloves if you have them, and a willingness to pitch in. Meet at the Veterans' Plaza located at 101 Main Street in Sultan. After the project, we'll head to JD Slicks (30213 US-2, Sultan), to relax, enjoy food and beverages, reconnect with friends, and meet fellow Rotarians, community leaders, and prospective members. Whether you're a longtime Rotarian or simply curious about Rotary, this is a great opportunity to experience what we're all about—building friendships while making our communities stronger. Rotary After Hours – Jeno's Join The Monroe Rotary Club for our November Rotary After Hours, an evening that combines community service with good food, conversation, and connection. We'll begin with a community service project at the Sky Valley Food Bank (233 Sky River Parkway, Monroe). No special skills are required. Just come ready to lend a hand. Afterward, we'll head to Jeno's Cafe & Lounge (123 E Main Street) in downtown Monroe for our After Hours social. It's a chance to relax, reconnect with friends, meet new people, and enjoy an evening with fellow community members. Rotary After Hours is open to everyone. You do not need to be a Rotary member to attend. Rotary After Hours – Collector's ChoiceJoin The Monroe Rotary Club for our December Rotary After Hours, an evening of community service, fellowship, and a little holiday cheer. We'll begin with a holiday service project at the Snohomish Senior Center (506 Fourth Street, Snohomish), helping with a project to support local seniors and brighten the holiday season. No special skills are required. Just come ready to lend a hand and spread some holiday cheer. After our service project, we'll head to Collector's Choice Restaurant (215 Cypress Avenue) in Snohomish for our After Hours social. Take a break from the holiday rush, enjoy food and beverages, reconnect with friends, and meet new people. Rotary After Hours is open to everyone. You do not need to be a Rotary member to attend.
