She brings more than two decades of public service and nonprofit experience to the role, including 12 years serving on the Monroe City Council (2009-2021). Professionally, Cudaback currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of the YMCA of Snohomish County, a position she has held since 2018. Prior to that, she served as the Executive Director of the Monroe/Sky Valley Family YMCA from 2003 to 2018. As Mayor, Cudaback is focused on promoting a safe, connected, and vibrant Monroe. Her priorities include maintaining strong public safety services, addressing traffic challenges, enhancing parks and public spaces, expanding housing options, supporting local economic development, and fostering positive discourse among residents, partners, and regional agencies.
